Manor Farm is a late Georgian period house, which is an ideal base from which to explore the magnificent North Norfolk Coast. Set in spacious gardens with ample parking it offers luxurious accommodation at affordable prices. Situated in a quiet location in the south of the town yet only a five minute walk from the town centre shops, restaurants, pubs and harbour. Close by is arguably one of the best beaches in the U.K. There are numerous activities in and around Wells no matter what the season, all set in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Merchants Barn is situated about 200m from the quay in a quiet, small road known locally as a Yard. In summer a short walk along the quay before breakfast is popular with many guests. The house was two very old cottages. Today the cottages have been modernised and extended, but guests occupy the old part. They have their own front door and may come and go as they please.
Overlooking a pretty, leafy Georgian square in the bustling seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea, The Globe Inn provides a great base for a break, or an ideal spot for a pint of local beer and some simple, home-cooked food.

The ground floor accommodation annexe was erected in 1988 and was originally used as a Bed and Breakfast, but has recently been altered to the highest specifications in order to create a comfortable, self contained unit in a peaceful garden setting.

The Merchant’s House, part of which was built in the 15th century, is one of the oldest houses in Wells. It also has later additions added in the 1700's. The house is close to the quayside and bustling harbour and a few minutes walk to the town centre, pubs and restaurants. The main beach with its colourful beach huts and miles of golden sands is but a short walk along the sea wall towards the lifeboat station.
Situated next to the quiet village green in the centre of town just a short walk for the sea.This house has an amazing history. Originating in Hertfordshire, it was rebuilt in Wells-next-the-Sea by May Savidge and incorporates all modern amenities yet retains the full character of a Medieval Hall.
